The Upstream Source links record the adoption performed on 2026-09-27, not the
original provenance of older manually copied files. Historical roadmap evidence
in Promptkit commit `5843cee` records upstream
`dafa823981004d4d58a5eb1b59a84ffebbd979da` for the previous OSS, documentation,
and release-policy comparison. Exact original baselines for agents,
architecture, and testing remain uncertain. Git retains the earlier local
customizations and their history.
