distributor

distributor is a Go application shell for validating and publishing manifested report bundles.

Current implemented behavior is limited to CLI help, version output, config validation, source bundle validation, source bundle inspection, and placeholder run execution:

go run ./cmd/distributor validate examples/source-bundle
