# Workspace Instructions

## Purpose
|
|
|
|
This is the control repository for the Ansible roles and collection that
|
|
deploy the D&D transcript-processing pipeline. It owns cross-repository plans,
|
|
decisions, status, and workspace tooling. Each application and Ansible project
|
|
is an independent Git repository.
|
|
|
|
## Required Reading
|
|
|
|
- Read [the workspace orientation](docs/orientation.md) before selecting,
|
|
inspecting, or modifying a repository. It maps the repositories and defines
|
|
the canonical sources of truth.
|
|
- Read [the workspace conventions](docs/conventions.md) before reviewing or
|
|
changing Ansible, preparing a feature roadmap or implementation plan, or
|
|
making any repository change. It defines the normative house style and
|
|
working conventions.

roadmap or implementation plan or managing an ongoing work stream.
