- Deviations: the first pipeline-suite run was interrupted by a transient DNS
failure and passed unchanged on retry. Six repositories were unexpectedly
private and were made public after explicit user authorization, as required
by the public-install acceptance criterion. The Stage 6 command was rerun
without its inline cleanup after the execution guard rejected that command
before it started; the exact temporary roots were removed separately after
the smoke passed.
