Completion: implemented in commit `f6a6b01` (`Finalize import discovery
documentation and audits`). Verified with `./scripts/check.sh`,
`go test -race ./...`, focused import/scheduler/inheritance/source-version and
public-defaults tests, consumer examples, local documentation links, formatting,
and `git diff --check`. Reviewed baseline-to-final public and YAML changes for
the `required` syntax cutover, requiredness defaults, and scheduled sequence
ordering; reviewed native filesystem capability wording and source/history
indexes. Replaced the source-version evidence nested scan with one source-ID
index. No release was published. The implementation workspace is committed.
