and an OpenRouter key probe with optional direct/environment credentials. It
recognizes the documented minimal 200 response, records 401 rejection, leaves
other outcomes undetermined as specified, and distinguishes interrupted body
reads from malformed JSON. Validation passed: `go test -race
./internal/usecase ./internal/llm`, `go vet ./...`, `go test ./...`, and
`git diff --check`.
