Completion: prompt and profile listings now accept the documented optional
namespace filters, and backend identities are captured and listed through the
same path. Default filters use the view's per-resource scope, explicit filters
replace it, results retain full IDs and detached prompt labels, and ordinary
no-filter calls still return the full inventory. Contract tests cover three
resource types, exact namespace boundaries, round trips, invalid filters,
ownership, and cancellation. Validation passed: `GOWORK=off go test ./...`,
