through a temporary filesystem module proxy: focused catalog/configuration
tests, `go test ./...`, `go vet ./...`, `go mod verify`, exact module identity
and version checks with no replacements, and `git diff --check`. No workspace or
proxy artifacts were committed; the candidate tags remain local and unpublished.
