**Completed: 2026-10-13.** Rebuilt the file proxy from the exact local
OpenRouter and Rakestrawhome candidate tags and resolved both versions from an
isolated module and build cache with `GOWORK=off`, no workspace, and no module
replacements. Go-generated module and `go.mod` checksums match the adopted
`go.sum`; `go mod verify` passed. The integrated checks passed with the local
proxy and `-mod=readonly`: `go test -race ./...`, `go vet ./...`, and
`python3 scripts/check-examples.py`. Tracked Go formatting, local Markdown
links/anchors, and `git diff --check` passed. No workspace, proxy, or cache
artifact is committed. The PromptKit and both catalog working trees are clean;
the catalog candidates remain local and unpublished. No provider requests,
public module fetches, CI checks, pushes, or releases were part of this
validation.

at peeled commit `d40a8aad50111c15d279469170f7b5032ac22529`. Their module
identities, checksums, and integrated use were validated locally; the candidate
tags and PromptKit pins have not been published and may need publication-date
re-pinning before a distributable release. A future release note should
describe the explicit live smoke-diagnostic API and its operational boundary.
Catalog publication and PromptKit release preparation follow their separate
