Completion marker (2026-09-21): Added optional versioned transcribe-owned
per-speaker completion records, strict load/save validation, isolated collection
cloning, legacy aggregate-only compatibility, and lifecycle-preservation
coverage. Verified with `go test ./internal/manifest` and `git diff --check`.
Preparation: `internal/manifest/manifest.go`, `store.go`, `analyze_state.go`,
their tests, and `docs/internal/manifest.md`.
