## Completion Record
Implementation code is recorded through revision `5525fe8`; documentation was
updated in `9bcf183`, and the final roadmap closure is documentation-only. At
`9bcf183`, `go build -o ./bin/audita ./cmd/audita`, `go test ./...`, all six
offline maintained-example commands in the implementation plan, `go mod
verify`, and `git diff --check` passed. The selected dependency graph and
commit-pinned attribution match PromptKit v0.12.0 and both `/v3` catalogs at
`v3.20260930.0`.
