Workspace Instructions

Purpose

This is the control repository for the Ansible roles and collection that deploy the D&D transcript-processing pipeline. It owns cross-repository plans, decisions, status, and workspace tooling. Each application and Ansible project is an independent Git repository.

Required Reading

• Read the workspace orientation before selecting, inspecting, or modifying a repository. It maps the repositories and defines the canonical sources of truth.
• Read the workspace conventions before reviewing or changing Ansible, preparing a feature roadmap or implementation plan, or making any repository change. It defines the normative house style and working conventions.
• Read the planning policy before preparing a feature roadmap or implementation plan or managing an ongoing work stream.
