Current milestone: Operational D&D pipeline deployment
Current focus: Independently review Feature 0020's completed standalone Notarius v0.8.1 implementation. The suite remains unchanged. Features 0018 and 0019 are complete after independent review with no remediation findings. Follow the agreed application upgrade sequence: Scriptorium → Audita → Notarius → Narratio → suite integration. Retain the existing suite and consumer pins until coordinated integration. Feature 0017 is complete.
