implemented in role commits `e08c63c`, `d2d0b9d`, and `cfecf37`, then reviewed
successfully. Its rationale and validation record remain in
[the test-suite audit findings](test-suite-audit-findings.md).

Select and approve the next unit of work before replacing this notice with a
new staged implementation plan.
