## Stage 12: Build the CI tool from verified released module configuration
**Completion:** Complete. The maintained tag workflow verifies and checks out
the event tag before reading module files, then confirms the ReleaseKit module
selection and builds its CLI with temporary alternate module metadata outside
the source tree. The delivery command retains the event arguments and exit
status, and the cleanup trap removes its module copies and executable.
**Outcome:** The standard template has one tool-version declaration.
